About Nick

Before introducing Fueled Natural, let me share my story with you all.

Since I was a child, I have always been fascinated with muscular bodies, and it all started with my dad who had big biceps. He was my inspiration, and I wanted to have a muscular body like him someday. However, I knew that it was not possible overnight. At the time, I was too young and not a man yet. I was probably around 6 to 8 years old when I started thinking about this.

As time went on, I wouldn't say that I completely lost interest in building a muscular body. However, being a kid, I was interested or busy with a lot of other things such as school, video games, skateboarding, chores, homework, soccer, and other activities. It was easy to forget about working out or following a strict diet at that age.

Although I didn't start taking working out seriously until I was 19, I always admired those who had big muscles and a low body fat percentage. It just looked cool and intimidating and showed a level of discipline & strength that I found appealing. I thought that if I could achieve those gains, no one would mess with me and I would have a better chance of attracting girls because, you know, chicks like muscle.

Throughout middle school and high school, I had no interest in weightlifting or exercising. I only played soccer until 8th grade, and then I quit after attending a high school practice that was too intense for me at the time (aka, I was just lazy and wanted to play video games). Due to not playing sports and never working out, I remained skinny throughout high school. Additionally, my height was around 5’6, which made me feel even smaller than just being skinny and having no muscle.

During my middle school years, everyone seemed to hit puberty while I was a year late. It was quite overwhelming for me as I felt underdeveloped and smaller compared to my classmates. Throughout middle and high school, I always envied those who were tall and muscular. I have been diagnosed with ADHD since childhood. As a result, I tend to easily lose focus and become hyper-focused on things that I enjoy. During high school, my interests were mainly video games, food, and soda, and later, cars. Although my mother tried to take me to the gym several times during middle school, I was unable to develop the discipline to work out at that age and didn't care about it as much as I wanted the muscle.

While most of my peers were busy with school, sports, and socializing, my attention was fixated on playing video games with a small circle of friends. In addition, I loved driving my sluggish Honda Civic back and forth on the local highway, competing against everyday cars that could have easily been passing through for gas or food.

In high school and approaching graduation, my free time is mostly spent playing video games, tinkering with my Hondas, and occasionally working a part-time job after school and during summers. After graduating from high school, I felt the weight of reality and wasn't sure about the career path I wanted to pursue. Additionally, I was tired of feeling physically small and weak, and constantly admiring others who had the muscle and strength that I lacked. I knew it was time to act and work on building my own strength rather than just admiring others.

I wanted to transform my physical appearance by gaining muscles and reducing my body fat percentage. To achieve this goal, I started going to the gym. My family had always gone to a gym located only 10 minutes away from our home, so I chose to go there as well. I have been going there frequently since then.

For a few months, I watched YouTube videos and asked people for workout tips. I also searched on Google and learned from movies. As a result, I started seeing some quick progress as a beginner. The results motivated me to keep going and showed me how far I could go. I quickly became addicted to working out.

I started working out 5-6 days a week and it quickly became an important part of my routine. If I didn't exercise, my day just wouldn't feel complete. During this period of my life, I had a day job at a beer warehouse and would lift weights at night after work.

Instagram was no longer just a platform for sharing photos with friends and family. It became a hub for people to gain fame and recognition for their unique skills and talents. From bodybuilders to musicians, actors, actresses, comedians, and more, Instagram was the go-to destination for anyone looking to gain a following. The rise of social media had taken the world by storm, and everyone was talking about it.

I predicted that fitness would become a popular career choice in the future and with the internet, it wouldn't go the other way. I saw fitness enthusiasts with great physiques posting on Instagram and gaining a large following that translated into money. I realized its potential and desired to do the same. My goal was to build a good physique naturally and post my progress online to motivate people to work out. I knew it would be a long journey, but I was determined to achieve it with patience and persistence.

I have considered several career paths and although some may seem more secure or lucrative, I believe that nothing compares to the lifestyle that can be achieved by making money as an influencer online. Just think, no boss and no boring, robotic work. Being an influencer allows you to live the life you want and get paid for doing it. Despite the criticism influencers receive, I enjoy it too much to care.

I was initially inspired by fitness influencer Jeff Seid to work out the natural way. Although I am not sure if he used steroids or not, he promoted a natural lifestyle and bodybuilding which resonated with me. I think following a natural approach is important as it allows you to be true to yourself. Steroids, on the other hand, are an easy way out and can be harmful to your overall health. Promoting steroids to the youth and everyone else in the influencer world seems selfish to me and I would never want to build a following by promoting something that can have such negative consequences.

I’m 29 today and I'm proud to say that I have almost achieved my dream physique without the use of any steroids or performance-enhancing drugs. I rely on a combination of proper nutrition, consistent exercise, and supplements and vitamins to help me along the way. Although I still have a lot of work to do, as my goal is to add more shape and size to my physique, I'm grateful for the knowledge I've gained over the past 10 years. This journey has been a tremendous learning experience that has shaped my character in so many ways.

Over the last nine years, I have developed a natural following of up to 200,000 people on Instagram and Snapchat. I am passionate about clothing, style, fashion, and workout attire, including streetwear and high-end clothing. I have always been interested in nice shoes, clothing, and accessories.

I have also always dreamt of owning a business and starting my own brand. Given my passion for natural bodybuilding and fitness, clothing, apparel, and entrepreneurship, I decided to start a brand. But it's not just a clothing brand; the clothing is just a way to represent it and bring awareness. I created "Fueled Natural," an all-natural fitness brand that supports natural gym-goers to build a family and unite. We will spread ideas, talk to each other, push each other, help each other, and do it all naturally, without steroids.

This is Fueled Natural.
